Founded in 2015, Sprezzatura Consulting brings senior-level program leadership to organisations navigating complex business change.

Amir KARAGIC

My career started at Accenture, where I put in my 10,000 hours and learned how to navigate C-suite politics and deliver in ambiguous environments.

Since 2015, I've operated independently, stepping into transformation programs at senior level, owning outcomes alongside executive teams, and building the structures that make complex change actually land.
